Are your parts covered by warranty?
Used parts come with a 7-day start-up warranty. Engines include a 60-day parts-only warranty (when installed by a licensed mechanic). New parts also come with a 7-day warranty.Please check our Warranty Policy for full details.
Are your parts tested before sale?
Yes, all parts are quality checked and tested where applicable. Engine accessories are left on for testing purposes only and are not covered by warranty.

Do you offer shipping across Tasmania and Australia?
Yes, we deliver Australia-wide. Standard delivery usually takes 3–6 business days depending on your location.
How long does it take to dispatch an order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Delays may occur during public holidays or due to stock issues.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will upload the tracking number and freight provider details so you can monitor delivery progress.
